Awaken/Enliven the heart center! I love how you start with the protection of child's pose, and move thoughtfully and gently into opening the heart center. It's been great getting to know you, and would love to see your dharma talk expanded. Is it posted elsewhere?
ReplyDeleteI agree. I too enjoy your heart center topic and would like to hear more. Additionally, I love both your group shots posted here, especially the way you've captured the spirit of the group. Thank you! --Denise
ReplyDeleteWould love for you to expand dharma talk and sequence more. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteAgreed, would like to hear the story, the motivation behind your sequence.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca- I like your use of the term "unfreeze" here. It is right on. My lower back definetitly needs some thawing out! I'll try this. Thank you. Laura
ReplyDeleteLike the belly down Sava-Supta Pada-Sava windup. Go Texas!
ReplyDeletewould love to hear more dharma talk. strong sequence. if someone's lower back is frozen, this is too extreme - would need more mild and extensive program. would place eka pada before drop backs, so that you end in a symmetrical backbend. why mayurasana? Is a pretty big forward bend, but interested in hearing you reasoning.
ReplyDeletelovin the cresent moon lunge with catching the knee to open the front of the hips. maybe somewhere a cue to open the front of the shoulders with the arms overhead in preparation for wheel and dropbacks.
